Responsibility

  • Responsible for the development of customers in the corresponding regions of overseas markets and the promotion of products in various social media platforms;
  • Collect market information, deeply explore and understand the potential needs of industry customers, and achieve sales objectives;
  • Responsible for handling customers’ inquiries, quotations, follow-up and negotiation with customers, and facilitating order fulfillment;
  • Arrange the order shipment, grasp the order progress, and feedback the progress in advance to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Age: 20-45 years old with gender unlimited
  • Education: College degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, business English or small languages and other related majors.
  • Be familiar with the trade operation process and have professional knowledge in the trade field. Able to use Google, social media and other self-developed customers, with experience in Google and Alibaba international stations is preferred;
  • Proficient in operating Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software and ERP management system;
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English and small languages.

Responsibility

  • Follow-up and maintenance of key customers of the company.
  • Pre-sale and in-sale follow-up of orders and handling of abnormal problems.

  • Responsible for foreign customer development, new product promotion and social media promotion.
  • Kingdee system data entry and customer warehouse monthly inventory.

Responsibility

  • Establish a supplier evaluation system and select qualified suppliers to reach a long-term strategic partnership;
  • According to the Material Purchase Requisition prepared by PMC, make reasonable material procurement;
  • Timely follow-up and exception handling of purchased materials;
  • Complete the receipt and settlement of materials.
  • Sorting, updating and filing of various suppliers’ data.
  • Collect and understand the latest material cost and supply mode at any time according to the market situation.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the superior;

Job Requirements

  • Education: Have a high school or technical secondary school degree or above, majored in electronics;
  • Familiar with computer office software and ERP operating system;
  • Have professional procurement knowledge, be familiar with the factory procurement process and operation, and be good at cost control such as inquiry, price comparison and bargaining.
  • Be able to develop the supply chain, quickly solve the procurement of scarce materials, and optimize the company’s procurement process.
  • More than 2 years of purchasing related work experience, experience in electronics industry or Robot Vacuum Cleaner industry is preferred;

Responsibility

  • Accept the order: after receiving the intention order of the business, evaluate the order production situation according to the company’s current situation, and confirm the order details with the engineering personnel;
  • Order review: responsible for organizing and participating in the production order review, and responsible for the order delivery date;
  • Material purchase requisition: responsible for production material demand analysis and release of purchase requisition plan, and control of incoming materials;
  • Production plan: arrange the Production Plan and issue the Production Order according to the order delivery date and the arrival of materials;
  • Production progress: responsible for statistics, follow-up, coordination and production progress of the production department of the processing plant to ensure that the delivery date meets the delivery requirements;
  • Product shipment: according to the completion of the order, notify the business and the documentary to arrange the finished product shipment

  • More than 2 years of PMC working experience, familiar with production management process and supply chain process, Robot Vacuum Cleaner and electronic industry production experience is preferred;

Responsibility

  • Raw material inspection: carry out the inspection of incoming products according to the product inspection system and specifications.
  • Process patrol inspection: do a good job in process production line patrol inspection and inspection, find and solve problems.
  • Finished product inspection is responsible for the quality control during the delivery of finished products to ensure that the delivered products meet the company’s quality requirements.
  • For quality problems, be responsible for the analysis, handling and reporting of quality abnormalities during the inspection process.
  • Responsible for the production, submission and filing of daily inspection data records, reports, weekly reports and relevant documents.
  • For other work, obey the leader’s arrangement and complete other work arranged by the leader in time.

Responsibility

  • Be responsible for the receipt, delivery and account management of raw materials;
  • Be responsible for the storage and safety management of daily materials in the warehouse, and maintain the warehouse 6S;

  • Control and disposal of dead materials and waste materials;

Responsibility

  • Be responsible for the design optimization of product structure, and control the product cost through scheme improvement.
  • Compile relevant technical documents, complete the drawing, distribution and filing of relevant product drawings;
  • Be responsible for confirming the internal structure, specifications, drawings, hole layout, wire length and other technical issues with the technical personnel of the corresponding supplier.
  • Be responsible for the entry, decomposition and confirmation of BOM in Kingdee system.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

  • Education: College degree or above, major in mechanical design or electromechanical integration;
  • Be familiar with the processing technology and surface treatment method of plastic and hardware parts, and understand the mold design and manufacturing process.

  • Proficient in using Auto CAD, Pro-E or Solidworks and other software;
